Obe Ata Tortellini Soup


Serves 2

1 package of frozen cheese tortellini

1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves

2 jars Egunsifoods Obe Ata soup

Sour cream, fresh basil leaves, shredded Parmesan to serve


1. In a deep pot, bring Obe Ata to a boil.

2. Add tortellini and cook for 12-15 minutes or until they are tender and cooked through.

3. Add basil leaves, turn the heat off and set aside for a few minutes.

4. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan, a spoonful of sour cream and a few fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
